Returns Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used grooming products are non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue for verification

Refund Process
